Mine control transformer BKC-150VA is a dry control transformer with C-type magnetic core, specially designed for explosion-proof mine switches or for mines and other explosive gas environments, and is also suitable for general industrial and mining enterprises. It is made of high-strength enameled wire and high-quality electrical steel sheet, and has the characteristics of small size, low loss, convenient installation and connection, reliable operation and long service life. The magnetic core has a C-shaped structure, the transformer uses natural air cooling or dry air cooling, the insulation class is B, which meets the requirements of GB19212.3-2006 and other standards.

The design takes into account the harsh conditions underground in the mine; The transformer, as a rule, is moisture-resistant, explosion-proof and noise-resistant, capable of long-term and stable operation in environmental conditions at an altitude of no more than 2500 m, at an ambient temperature from –25 °C to +40 °C, and a relative air humidity of no more than 85% (at an average monthly minimum temperature of +25 °C).
