The 63A circuit breaker with a transparent case (popularly “transparent circuit breaker”) is a low-voltage protective device that combines overload and short-circuit protection functions, and is equipped with an innovative visual status monitoring function. The rated current is 63A and is suitable for distribution circuits in industrial, commercial and high-end residential applications.
The main distinguishing feature is the use of a housing made of highly transparent, fire-resistant engineering plastic, due to which the internal components: arc extinguishing system, contact condition and release mechanism are completely visible. The user can directly observe the contact position (on/off) and arc extinguishing process, providing unprecedented visibility for circuit condition determination, fault analysis and safety training.
In terms of performance, the device uses proven thermal-magnetic tripping technology to provide inverse time overload protection and instantaneous short circuit shutdown. The contacts are made of silver alloy, which guarantees good conductivity and long service life. This circuit breaker is easy to install and maintain, combining all the standard safety features of a conventional circuit breaker with the unique advantage of a transparent housing.
