The stainless steel outdoor distribution cabinet/panel is an integrated distribution equipment specifically designed to withstand harsh outdoor environments. Its main value lies in providing 24/7 reliable protection and stable operation of internal components such as circuit breakers, instruments and controllers.
The body is made from high quality 304 or 316 stainless steel and is precision cut, bent and welded, and the surface is usually ground or polished. It has excellent anti-rust, anti-corrosion, anti-UV properties and is easy to clean, allowing it to easily withstand rain, humidity, salt fog and chemical gases.
The design of the cabinet fully takes into account the requirements of outdoor use: the door frame is equipped with an aging-resistant seal, and special latches compress the door to ensure reliable protection. The degree of protection reaches IP55–IP66, effectively preventing the penetration of water and dust. Flexible mounting rails are installed inside the cabinet and there is ample space for cable routing. Due to its strength, high corrosion resistance, excellent sealing performance and low operating costs, this product is widely used in ports, piers, chemical plants, food processing plants, wastewater treatment plants and city streets, as well as in highly corrosive environments.
