The stainless steel wall mounted outdoor switchboard is a safety device specially designed for harsh outdoor environments. Its primary purpose is to provide strong physical protection and reliable operating conditions against rain and dust for internal components such as circuit breakers, contactors and electricity meters.
The body is made of high quality 304 or 316 stainless steel, with precision cutting, bending and welding, and the surface treatment often includes grinding, which provides superior anti-corrosion, UV and rust resistance. It can easily withstand exposure to rain, high humidity, sea salt and chemical gases for long periods of time.
The design takes into account the requirements of the external environment: the door frame is equipped with a sealed gasket, resistant to aging, and a special pressure lock provides a high level of protection from IP55 to IP66, effectively preventing the penetration of water and dust. As a wall cabinet, it is easy to install and saves space, and features flexible mounting rails inside. This distribution board features ruggedness, high corrosion resistance, excellent sealing performance and low operating costs, making it widely used in ports, chemical plants, sewage treatment plants and city streets, as well as in places with aggressive corrosive environments.
