Outdoor high voltage smart vacuum circuit breaker is a high-end pole-mounted equipment that integrates the functions of breaking and closing, protection, metering and communication. The rated voltage is 12 kV and is a key component of a modern smart distribution network.
It is based on a vacuum arc extinguishing chamber, which has high arc extinguishing ability, long service life, maintenance-free under all operating conditions and environmental friendliness. The switch is completely sealed in a stainless steel housing, which provides a high level of protection and reliable operation in conditions of prolonged exposure to wind, rain, pollution and salt fog outdoors.
Thanks to the introduction of intelligent technologies, the device is equipped with a built-in intelligent control unit (FTU/DTU) and an electric spring drive. It is not only capable of remotely or locally switching on and off the load, reliably breaking short circuits, but also real-time monitoring of line electrical parameters such as voltage, current and power, accurately locating and automatically isolating the faulty section, supporting automatic reclosing and reactive power compensation functions. Through wireless communication (4G/5G/fiber), the data is transmitted to the main point, realizing the "three remote operations" function. With its intelligent, highly reliable, maintenance-free and remotely controlled characteristics, this circuit breaker significantly improves power supply reliability, automation level and operating efficiency of the distribution network.
