Three-phase control transformer is a key power supply in industrial control circuits and is mainly used to provide safe, stable and isolated power to various control equipment operating on 50/60Hz AC with rated voltage not exceeding 500V (such as contactors, relays, indicator lamps, lighting and automated instruments).
Its main functions are voltage reduction and insulation. It converts high three-phase supply voltage (for example, 380 V) into the required lower control voltage (for example, 220 V, 110 V, 36 V, etc.), while by electrically isolating the primary and secondary windings, it effectively suppresses interference and overvoltage from the network, significantly increasing the stability and safety of subsequent control systems.
This transformer uses quality cold-rolled silicon steel core and high-strength enameled wires, characterized by low loss, low noise, little heating and excellent insulation properties. By design, these are generally dry-type, self-ventilated transformers with varying levels of protection, which can be flexibly installed in distribution cabinets or control panels. Thanks to their reliable operation, simple operation and safe insulation, three-phase control transformers have become an indispensable power source in the control circuits of machine tools, production lines, pumping stations and all automated equipment.
