Wenzhou Qiaonasen Electrical Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Qiaonasen Electrical Equipment) brings another good news in the field of technological innovation. Recently, the State Intellectual Property Administration officially received approval for two invention patents claimed by the company, "Low loss amorphous alloy transformer iron core design" and "Intelligent temperature control heat dissipation system suitable for multiple scenarios." These patented technologies will be applied to the company's next generation of energy-efficient transformer products, significantly enhancing product performance and market competitiveness.
This time, the licensed, patented technology directly hit the industry's pain points. In particular, the low-loss iron core design patent aims to further reduce the no-load loss of the transformer by optimizing the magnetic circuit design and using new materials, the no-load product loss is expected to be further reduced by more than 15% compared with the requirements of current government standards, the energy efficiency level is expected to reach the government's first level energy efficiency standard. Another patent for an intelligent temperature control and heat dissipation system addresses the problem of reduced efficiency and shortened transformer life due to overheating in a challenging operating environment. The system can automatically adjust cooling efficiency according to load changes and ambient temperatures to ensure the transformer operates under optimal operating conditions, especially for commercial and data center scenarios with large load fluctuations.
The company's CTO noted that continued investment in research and development is key to maintaining technological leadership. Qiaonasen Electrical Equipment annually invests more than 8% of its sales revenue in research and development, and actively cooperates with domestic famous universities and research institutes to jointly solve the technical problems of the industry. These patents are not only a manifestation of the company's research and development strength, but also its concrete practice in response to the country's call for green production, energy conservation and emissions reduction.
Currently, transformer products equipped with these two new technologies have entered the pilot production stage of small batches and are expected to be fully launched into the market in the first quarter of next year. The launch of new products will strengthen Qiaonasen Electrical Equipment's dominant position in the field of efficient and energy-saving power distribution, and will also bring greater value to customers in areas such as power grids, industry and new energy sources.
