02 TECHNOLOGICAL
The new distribution cabinet introduced by Qiaonasen Electrical Equipment this time uses a number of innovative technologies. This modular enclosure assembly includes a mounting plate and symmetrically mounted side panel assemblies, simplifying the enclosure assembly process and increasing operational efficiency.
The side panel assembly includes a symmetrically located left panel assembly and a right panel assembly, which can be secured to the left and right sides of the switchgear cabinet frame, respectively. This design is not only convenient for production and installation, but also facilitates subsequent modification and upgrading of switchgear functional modules, which greatly improves the applicability and scalability of the equipment.
More importantly, the company has also developed switchgears with anti-vortex mechanisms, including first and second longitudinal beams arranged parallel in the vertical direction and a support frame located between them. The support frame is made of stainless steel, a non-magnetic material that effectively cuts the closed metal loop and prevents eddy currents from occurring in the switchgear.
