Oil-filled power transformer is a traditional transformer that uses insulating oil for heat dissipation and insulation; It is the main equipment for converting electrical energy and voltage in medium and high voltage transmission and distribution systems. Its magnetic core and windings are immersed in a sealed tank; insulating oil not only effectively insulates from air and moisture, increasing the electrical strength of the insulation, but also transfers the heat generated during operation to radiators or coolers through natural or forced circulation of oil, ensuring long-term stable operation of the transformer at rated load.

This product uses high-quality cold-rolled electrical steel sheets and oxygen-free copper wires, so it has excellent load capacity, excellent overload performance, long insulation life, mature and reliable technology, and low total cost. Despite the need for regular oil quality control and certain fire protection requirements, the oil transformer remains the preferred solution for distributing high power electrical power with high reliability in open substations, industrial and mining plants, new energy power plants, power grids and infrastructure facilities. Modern oil-filled transformers are typically fully sealed (with a corrugated tank), which effectively prevents the aging of the insulating oil, ensures maintenance-free operation and allows remote monitoring using built-in smart terminals.
