An outdoor waterproof electrical panel (commonly referred to as a "base panel") is basic electrical distribution equipment specifically designed for harsh outdoor environments. Its main purpose is to provide reliable physical protection and a high degree of protection against rain and dust for internal components such as circuit breakers, contactors and electricity meters.
The body is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel or high-strength engineering plastic, the surface is strictly phosphated and powder coated, which ensures excellent anti-corrosion and UV resistance. The design is carefully designed for outdoor use, with the door frame equipped with an aging-resistant seal and the multi-point lock providing IP55 protection and above, effectively preventing the entry of rain and dust, while also withstanding exposure to sunlight, rain, wind and snow.
Inside the panel there are flexible mounting guides and sufficient space for wiring, which makes installation and maintenance extremely convenient. This distribution cabinet, with its robust structure, tight sealing, high environmental adaptability and cost-effectiveness, is widely used in power distribution, lighting control and outdoor equipment connection in communities, streets, factories and farms, serving as the basis for outdoor distribution systems.
