Wenzhou, China - Our factory has adopted high performance MBM molded composite material to completely upgrade the internal insulation parts of 12kV vacuum breaker cabinets and integrated soft starter control cabinets.
Compared to conventional insulation boards, MBM material deforms significantly less at high temperatures. Its mechanical strength and insulating properties are consistently maintained over a temperature range of -40°C to +70°C, making it ideal for mining and water supply projects in Kazakhstan, Russia and other Eurasian Economic Union countries with severe winter cold.
All finished switchboards and soft starter cabinets undergo a 48-hour full load and high voltage test prior to shipment. Since switching to MBM insulation parts, the breakdown rate of finished distribution installations has been significantly reduced and the panel assembly speed has increased by 30%, allowing for faster mass delivery.
We are currently working with local distributors in Kazakhstan on large bulk orders, supplying complete sets of medium voltage distribution boards and soft motor starters for mineral processing plants and municipal water supply modernization projects.
